When you work with us, you will always have your personal contact person. We are not a large and chain-branch personnel consultancy. We can therefore concentrate on you and your concerns. We can therefore guarantee that we will neither approach nor headhunt your employees unless you authorise us to do so, e.g. because you require our support in the context of an outplacement.

Loyalty, discretion, thoroughness. We guarantee this if your company is looking for qualified employees or if you come to us with a request from the HR department.

as an applicant

Here, too, you are always and exclusively in contact with your personal advisor. Your data will only be handled and processed by this contact person. They will not become part of a database that can be accessed by an immense number of changing users from different locations and whose distribution (despite the applicable provisions of the basic data protection regulation) can therefore hardly be controlled.

We will take the time for you. And you alone decide whether and to whom you want to make information about yourself available.
