Our customer is a pioneer in the supply of clean energy. Are you interested in joining the company as
Project Manager IT (m/f/d)
and support it on the way to implementing the energy system transformation?
Perhaps you come from the energy sector? Or you have a keen interest and enthusiasm for energy-related topics?
You work with state-of-the-art technologies and are responsible for the planning, management and implementation of demanding IT projects in accordance with the applicable project management guidelines. You work together with ambitious business unit employees at our headquarters in Germany and at subsidiaries in other European countries.
The project you are in charge of has group-wide significance and it is therefore important to our customer that you have already successfully managed larger IT implementation projects from the scratch
Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good communication as well as target group-oriented stakeholder management.
You will ensure functioning support processes and CIP
Our customer expects that

you have successfully completed a (technical) university education in (business) informatics or a comparable professional qulaification

furthermore, you have a very good knowledge of the requirements, strategy, organisation and professional development

you have several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of project management and have already worked as a project manager in several projects with responsibility for their planning, management and implementation. In addition, you have distinct technical, strategic and business management skills. You have a good overview of different software development methods (waterfall as well as agile methods, e.g. scrum..) and software lifecycle, quality assurance of software.

you are proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented and skilled in conflict management

your strengths include a high level of social competence, initiative, sense of responsibility, reliability and teamwork, as well as assertiveness.

your English language skills are proven in practice and internationally applicable, any existing German language skills are welcome

ann international mindset for the exchange with contacts at other locations is important and requires two to three days of travel per week. Travel time is 100% paid working time and for train journeys over 50 km you travel first class.
